Easy Chicken Biriyani

Chicken Biriyani is a very common food in Bangladesh. Usually it is cooked with chinigura rice and big chicken pieces (Brest & leg pieces). But here I will show you the most easiest way to cook chicken biriyani with boneless small chicken pieces. Indeed everyone in your family will love this recipe. Easy Chicken Biriyani is "Easy to cook & Easy to eat".

 
Easy Chicken Biriyani


Preparation for 4 Person.

Ingredients:  

Bashmati rice:         3 cups
Boneless Chicken:  1 and half cup
potato:                      3 pieces
Garam Masala:       1 tea spoon
Tomato ketchup:   2 table spoon
Sweet chilli sauce: 2 table spoon
Soya sauce:             1 table spoon
Garlic Sauce or Garlic paste: 1 table spoon
Onion shredded:   1 cup
Turmeric Powder: 1 tea spoon
Red chili powder:  1 tea spoon
salt: 1 table spoon or according to taste

Making Process: 
 
1. Boil bashmati rice and take out water. If you have rice cooker it will make your work more easier. Then you will just need to clean the rice, put it in the rice cooker, add 6 cups of water, 2 table spoon oil, half table spoon salt and hit the cook button. 
2. While rice is cooking, peel potatoes, cut is into small pieces and boil them until they gets soft.
3. Take a medium sized pan (Korai) add half cup oil, add onions and fry them for few seconds. Then add chicken, turmeric and red chili powder and stir for a minute.
4. Add soya sauce, tomato ketchup, garlic sauce and sweet chili sauce with the chicken. Stir well and add 2 cup of water.
5. Add salt and garam masala powder and stir them well. Then cook it for 2/3 minutes in medium flame.
6. After that, add boiled potatoes and cook it for 2 minutes. Then turn off the gas and add boiled rice gently and mix them well. after that spread 2 tea spoon ghee on the biriyani, mix it gently and cook it in very low flame with covering the pan for 6/7 minutes. It is better if you put a tawa under the pan so that the rice below will not burn. 
7. Serve it hot with green chili and lemon.

Electric Oven Baked Chicken Pasta

Pasta is one of my favorite food item. I just love to eat Pasta with Cheese and White Sauce. But in my country it is "you can say" expensive to have pasta in a restaurant. Making Pasta at home is very easy and less-expansive on the other hand. Today I will share my recipe of Oven Baked Chicken Pasta here.


Electric Oven Baked Chicken Pasta


Preparation for 4/5 People.

Ingredients:

Pasta                                    3 tea cups
Canned Mushroom sliced      3/4 Pieces
Boneless Chicken Sliced        Half cup

For Sauce Making:

Tomato Paste                1 cup
Onion Paste                   2 Table spoon
Ginger & Garlic Paste    1 Table spoon
Chilly Powder                 1 Tea spoon
Salt                                1 Table spoon
Tomato Sauce                1 Table spoon
Soy Sauce                    1 Table spoon

Making Process:

1. Boil Pasta, Mushroom and Chicken slices and drain water.
2. In a pan put oil half cup and on it all the ingredients for sauce making. Mix it well in medium-low heat.
3. Then put pasta, mushroom and chicken on the sauce. Cook it for 1/2 minutes. 
4. Serve it in a small soup bowl and on keep a sliced cheese on the top. After that, put the bowl in to electric oven for 1 minute.
5. Serve it hot with tomato sauce and white sauce.

Shahi Tukra


Shahi Tukra is an easy-to-make make dessert and tastes "Shahi"!! The Most Important information about this product is "You can make it in NO TIME!" Here is the recipe for Shahi Tukra.
Shahi Tukra

Preparation for 12 People.

Ingredients:

Good Sandwich Bread  6 slices
Milk                                1 cup
Sugar                              1 & half cup
Ghee                               Half cup
Keora/Rose water        1 table spoon
Pistachi nuts sliced       4/5 
Condensed milk
Saffron

Making Process:

1. In a pan put milk and sugar and cook it on a stove. Bring a boil and add keora jol/rose water and a tea spoon saffron in it. Than in medium-low heat keep it for 1 to 2 minutes so that sugar mixes well with milk. Than turn off the heat. Keep it like that so that it matches with room temperature.
2. Remove brown corners of breads, cut each bread into triangular sizes than fry them on ghee.
3. When the bread pieces will turn reddish and crispy on both side turn off the heat.
4. For those who have bread toaster: Toast the bread till it gets red & crispy. Than spread ghee on it and cut each into 2 pieces.
5. Pour a tray with milk and put those bread pieces on it till the bread soaks the milk. Than take off the bread piece, spread a tea spoon of condensed milk on it and sprinkle some shredded pistachio and saffron.
6. You can serve it cold or hot.

Chocolate Sponge Cake


We always think baking a cake is a difficult process. It needs so many ingredients, and an ELECTRIC OVEN! In our household many of us do not have an electric oven. Now does it mean that we cannot bake cake at home?? The answer is YES!!! We can bake Pretty, Lovely and Delicious cakes at home with using PRESSURE COOKER with ingredients available at home! HOW EASY IS THAT! Look for the ingredients below:

Chocolate Sponge Cake


Ingredients for Chocolate Sponge Cake:

Flour                    250gm/ 1 bowl (Medium size soup bowl)
Egg                       3 
Sugar                   250gm/ Equivalent to flour
Milk                     1/4th cup
Vanilla extract   1 tea spoon
Oil                        1 tea spoon
Baking Powder   1 tea spoon
Coco Powder       1 tea cup

Ingredients for Chocolate Butter Cream Frosting:

Butter                  3 table spoon
Icing Sugar          4 tea cups
Vanilla extract    1 tea spoon
Coco Powder       1/2 cup
Milk                      1/2 cup

Making Process of Cake:

1. Take a hand/stand mixer. Separate the white part and yellow part of eggs. In the mixer beat egg whites and sugar well until it takes shape of thick cream. Then keep those cream aside.
2. In a bowl take egg yolks, vanilla extract, milk and oil. Mix it well with a mixer.
3. Mix flour, coco powder and baking powder in a bowl.
4. Then put the egg yolk mixture in flour mixture it slowly and cream of egg whites. Mix it one by one and stir it with an spatula. Mix it well.
5. Pre heat the pressure cooker for 5 minutes. put some salt on the surface of the cooker so that the surface does not get burned. Then put a stand inside the cooker and the baking container on it.
6. Grease the baking container with butter and then pour it with cake mixture. No need to cover the container.
7. Put the container inside the pressure cooker and cover it. DO NOT use pressure cooker whistle. Cook it in medium heat for 30 minutes. Then turn off the stove keep it like that for 5 to 8 minutes. After that remove the open the cooker and take out the cake container slowly. Wear hand gloves or take some to take off the container from the cooker. 
8. Put a knife inside the cake to check the cake weather its done or not. If its done the knife will come out clean. Your cake is DONE!
9. You can simply serve it with sprinkling some icing sugar on it or can decorate it with cream frosting.

Making of Chocolate Butter Cream Frosting:

1. With a Hand/stand mixture mix butter, vanilla extract, milk. Mix it well then add coco powder and icing sugar slowly. Beat it well until it gets creamy and thick.

Chicken Fried Rice


Chicken Fried Rice is an easy-made food and loved by all. It can be accompanied with any type of gravy chicken or beef or vegetable. Last time I cooked chicken fried rice which I served with honey chicken. Here is the recipe for you.


Chicken Fried Rice


Preparation for 6 people.

Ingredients:

Polau Rice (chinigura)          4 cups
Onion paste                           2 table spoon
Ginger paste                         2 table spoon
Garlic paste                           1 table spoon
Soya source                            4 table spoon
Carrot (shredded)                 1 cup
Cowpea (chopped)                 1 cup
boiled Chicken (shredded)    1 cup
Olive oil/vegetable oil       
Butter                                       1 table spoon
Salt                                            1 table spoon
Black pepper powder             2 tea spoon
Green Chilli (chopped)           5/6
Boiled water                            7 cups

Making Process:

1. Wash the rice and drain all water.
2. In a big rice cooking pan (hari) take oil. heat it little then turn off the heat.
3. Now add rice, salt, onion, garlic, ginger paste, soya sauce, carrot, cowpea, boiled chicken, black pepper, green chilli in the pan and mix it well on low heat. stir it for few minutes.
4. Than add boiled water with rice, stir and cover the pan. Put the heat on medium high-lever.
5. After few minutes, remove the cover to see whether all waters dried up or not. When there will be little water spread a butter on the rice, stir a little and low the heat to the minimum level. You can put a tawa under the hari so that the below portion of the rice doesn't get burnt.
6. Keep it like that for minimum 10 minutes or more. Then serve it hot.

Vegetable Pakora


Vegetable Pakora is a healthy and delicious snacks item that you can make for your kids and other members at evening time. This is very easy to make a tasty. 


Vegetable Pakora


Preparation for 4 people.

Ingredients:

Egg                                 1 whole
Flour                              5 table spoon
Red chilli powder          2 tea spoon
Salt                                 1 tea spoon
Black pepper powder   Half tea spoon
Potato grated (Big)       1  (Small 2)
Cowpea (বরবটি)               4/5 piece
Onion (grated)               2 whole
Carrot (grated)              Optional
Vegetable Oil

Making Process:

1. In a bowl take an egg, flour, red chilli powder, salt & black pepper powder. Mix it well
2. With the above mixture, mix Cowpea, onion and potato. 
3. In a pan take 2 cups oil and put small balls of that mixture to fry. Fry it in medium heat.

4. Serve it hot with tomato sauce.

Rosho Golla


Rosho golla is one of the loved dessert in Bengal. These sweets are so soft and spongy that when you pour it in mouth it will disappear like candy floss and every time I say, homemade foods are the best! You can make it at home very easily with the assurance of fresh and good quality.

Preparation for 16 Pieces.

Rosho Golla


Ingredients:

Full Fat Milk       1 liter (Filtered)
Lemon Juice       1 cup 
Sugar                   2 & half cups
Flour

Making Process:

1. Take milk in a pan and give it a boil. Then turn off the stove to make it cold.
2. Add lemon juice in the milk and you will see lumps curd floating on greenish color of water.
3. Take a clean thin piece of cloth on a bowl and pour those curd on it. The piece of cloth will hold only those curds removing water. Tie up that cloth and wash it in cold water to remove lemon smell.
4. Soak the cloth full of curd a little and hang it on for minimum 2 hours. This is to remove all water from the curd.
5. After 2 hours bring down the piece of cloth and open it. you will find a dine doe of curd. 
6. Smash the doe with your hand for few minutes than put it in blender for few seconds. Than it will take a texture of cream. 
7. Now take a big flat plate, place those curd on that plate and add flour with the curd. Keep adding flour as long as it makes a nice & hard doe. When you will see that the doe is not sticking with your hand, you will understand that the doe is ready for sweet.
8. make small does. There will be 16 to 17 does in a liter of milk. Do not make big does because it will get bigger when mixed with sugar syrup.
9. Take a pressure cooker and fill it with 5/6 cups of water and add 1 cup of sugar. Bring a boil and leave those does in it. Than cover the pressure cooker and cook it for 5 minutes/1 siti.
10. Meanwhile, on another pan take two cups of water and add 1 & half cups of sugar to make sugar syrup.And after a boil turn off the stove to make the syrup cold.
11. After 5 minute turn off the stove and keep it like that for 10-15 minutes to release the pressure. Than open the lid and put it under fan to make the temperature normal. 
12. Lastly, transfer those sweets in the cold syrup and keep it in fridge when it comes down to room temperature. Serve it cold.
