Easy Chicken Biriyani

Chicken Biriyani is a very common food in Bangladesh. Usually it is cooked with chinigura rice and big chicken pieces (Brest & leg pieces). But here I will show you the most easiest way to cook chicken biriyani with boneless small chicken pieces. Indeed everyone in your family will love this recipe. Easy Chicken Biriyani is "Easy to cook & Easy to eat".

 
Easy Chicken Biriyani


Preparation for 4 Person.

Ingredients:  

Bashmati rice:         3 cups
Boneless Chicken:  1 and half cup
potato:                      3 pieces
Garam Masala:       1 tea spoon
Tomato ketchup:   2 table spoon
Sweet chilli sauce: 2 table spoon
Soya sauce:             1 table spoon
Garlic Sauce or Garlic paste: 1 table spoon
Onion shredded:   1 cup
Turmeric Powder: 1 tea spoon
Red chili powder:  1 tea spoon
salt: 1 table spoon or according to taste

Making Process: 
 
1. Boil bashmati rice and take out water. If you have rice cooker it will make your work more easier. Then you will just need to clean the rice, put it in the rice cooker, add 6 cups of water, 2 table spoon oil, half table spoon salt and hit the cook button. 
2. While rice is cooking, peel potatoes, cut is into small pieces and boil them until they gets soft.
3. Take a medium sized pan (Korai) add half cup oil, add onions and fry them for few seconds. Then add chicken, turmeric and red chili powder and stir for a minute.
4. Add soya sauce, tomato ketchup, garlic sauce and sweet chili sauce with the chicken. Stir well and add 2 cup of water.
5. Add salt and garam masala powder and stir them well. Then cook it for 2/3 minutes in medium flame.
6. After that, add boiled potatoes and cook it for 2 minutes. Then turn off the gas and add boiled rice gently and mix them well. after that spread 2 tea spoon ghee on the biriyani, mix it gently and cook it in very low flame with covering the pan for 6/7 minutes. It is better if you put a tawa under the pan so that the rice below will not burn. 
7. Serve it hot with green chili and lemon.
